Recently, China Micro-Optical Electronics (Weifang) Co., Ltd. plans to invest 180 million US dollars to build Changzhou Zhongweiguang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and held a groundbreaking ceremony in Wujin High-tech Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Zhongweiguang Electronics invested in the construction and R&D base of LED energy-saving lighting products in Wujin High-tech Zone. The total investment of the project is 180 million US dollars and the registered capital is 60 million US dollars, including high-power LED street lights, LED indoor lighting, intelligent lighting and other projects. By then, Changzhou will become the operating headquarters and application demonstration point of China Micro-Optical Electronics in East China.

At the beginning of this year, China Micro-Optical Electronics invested 730 million yuan in the construction of a photovoltaic industry cluster (including supporting enterprises) in Qiqihar City to develop, produce and sell high-performance, low-cost semiconductor optoelectronic devices and semiconductors with world-class levels. Lighting products, while investing in the construction of the largest electronic trading platform for LED products in Northeast Asia, the project construction period is two years.
