Zhen Mingli pointed out that in recent years, China's Yangzhou City and Jiangmen City Government have subsidized enterprises to invest in the production of LED epitaxial wafers by organic metal chemical vapor deposition machine MOCVD. In view of this policy advantage, the Group and Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee and Jiangmen Industrial Park The management committee has entered into an agreement to expand the LED epitaxial wafer production plant in two green industrial cities in Yangzhou and Jiangmen in the next five years.
The Board of Directors expects that the Group's production capacity will reach an average of 230,000 LED chips per month or 4.7 billion LED chips. Therefore, Yangzhou and Jiangmen will become the Group's future development priorities. The Board of Directors aims to take the position of Chairman of Yangzhou Subsidiary with the ability of Zeng Jinsui's R&D, production and sales and management team and years of work experience in Yangzhou.
