The point regulator is a low dropout voltage regulator integrated circuit. The Toshiba TAR5SB15-TAR5SB50 series of point regulators are single-regulated output ICs that use the SOT235 (SC-74A) SMD package structure. They are not only excellent in voltage regulation, but also have over-temperature and over-current protection functions.
