Measuring principle: The pressed part of the sensor is a stainless steel diaphragm, and the stainless steel diaphragm is deformed under pressure. The deformation is transmitted to the full bridge force sensing element through the charged silicone oil conducting chamber, resulting in a change in the full bridge output voltage and proportional to the measured pressure to complete the measurement of the pressure. The sensor is internally powered by a constant current source and contains temperature compensation and linear compensation and signal amplification and conditioning circuits to convert the measured pressure into a voltage signal output.
