The noise generated by the rotor of the inverter motor is usually the sound of the fan and the friction of the brush. Occasionally, a loud voice like a drum is going to happen. This is caused by the sudden start and stop, especially when the reverse braking is frequently performed, the torque generated by the inverter motor is increased and decelerated, and the cooperation between the core and the shaft is loosened. At this time, the iron core and the key are severely rubbed and the sound is heard.
There are four main points in the connection with the working machine:
1. The coupling between the bearing bush of the coupling or the pulley and the shaft is too loose. At this time, due to the pulsation of the torque, the inverter motor coupling or the pulley is heavily rubbed with the key to generate noise. The diameter of the shaft and the coupling or the pulley can be measured to find out the cause, and the dimensional accuracy is measured to 0.01 mm.
2. Wear and deformation of the coupling bolts. Once the outer surface of the sleeve of the inverter motor coupling bolt is deformed by wear, or the gap between the coupling bolt and the sleeve becomes larger, a rubbing sound is emitted under the influence of the torque ripple. Pull out the coupling bolts and check them.
3. Insufficient lubricating oil and tooth wear in the gear coupling. Insufficient lubricating oil caused by oil leakage or the like may cause tooth wear, poor meshing state, and abnormal sound such as rubbing.
4. The belt is slack and worn. When the belt is subjected to tension, it is easy to wear. If there is slippage between the belt and the pulley, an abnormal sound will be emitted. The tension and wear of the belt should be checked and necessary measures such as changing the belt and adjusting the tension should be taken.
