1. Fault phenomenon: the programmer has no display and the peripheral port can't communicate, the serial port communication is normal, and the plc can work normally.

2. Reason for failure:

(1) The PLC communication parameter setting is not consistent with the communication device (such as communication protocol, port number, etc.). As shown in Figure 1, the actual communication port is COM2, and the network setting port is COM6, as shown in Figure 2:

(2) Damage to the internal MPU and communication driver chip due to noise interference, static electricity, etc.

3. Note:

(1) The communication settings should be consistent with the communication equipment. As shown in the figure, the peripheral port is set to RS-232C communication mode:

(3) Communication lines and signal lines should be routed separately from high-current power cables.

(4) Do not plug or unplug the communication cable during communication.

(5) PLC should be installed separately from high-power or high-frequency equipment.

(6) AC220V power supply can be connected to the input transformer with isolation transformer; DC24V power supply, please ensure that the input power of the switching power supply is not shared with the power supply of high-power equipment.
