The human brain is limited, and it is time to remember things. After N days, I will forget the reason for each modification. Why should I add this instruction, why should I delete this network and let myself be confused when I look at the program I have written before? Doing the following steps will be very helpful for understanding and modifying all programs.
1. Save the original program as one and modify it on the saved program. The file names a major program name, the first few changes are marked, and the date of the modification is added. It is best to add a brief modified title to the file name. For example: "Bundling procedure 5 (13.7.23 flapping stepper motor plus condition)"
2. Record the modified year, month, and day with a .doc file.
3. Record the steps to modify the program, add or delete which instructions, etc. under the date. And make a note in the editor's comment bar note for the next modification.
4. Record the reason for modifying the program in the .doc file, what is the fault phenomenon, and how to eliminate the fault.
5. Mark the full name of the program currently in use in the .doc file, including the date and the brief modified title.
6. Use obsolete and current programs, sort out obsolete folders and active folders, and arrange them by date.
In this way, each time the modification is made, there will be a detailed file for future program modification. The current program is the program marked with the most recent date.
Such work steps are also applicable to the modification of electrical drawings.
