The United States created LED ponytail lights to warn drivers not to approach the horses in front.

According to foreign media reports, recently, Tail Lights, Michigan, USA, built a set of LED "horsetail" rider safety system for horses. The company said that due to the darkness of the night, thousands of horseback riders and horses were injured or killed each year after the collision. The design of the "horsetail" rider safety system is based on a very simple concept consisting of two front and rear LED assemblies that warn the driver not to approach the horse in front.

The front LED assembly will produce diffused light so as not to affect the horse's vision. The rear component consists of four LED strips that will hang from the ponytail.

The system will be controlled by a handheld remote control that allows the rider to turn the system on and off as needed. In addition, the rider can also set the light pattern, change the light color or adjust the brightness. The LED strips at the rear can be adjusted to different colors such as pink, green, and red.

Tail Lights will launch a crowdfunding campaign for this product on Kickstarter on December 10th, hoping to reach the $18,500?

Project supporters can get this product for US$155. The company said it has begun to arrange production, which means it will arrange shipments in December.
