Taiwan's large LED epitaxial plant fundraising and expansion

LED Leijing Taiwan Factory Yuanyuan (3061) will discuss the private placement or current capital proposal at the shareholders meeting on June 29. It is expected that no more than 150 million shares will be used for cash remittance on the island, or cash increase will be used to issue overseas depositary receipts ( GDR), or private placement of common stock, private placement of islands or overseas convertible bonds. It is estimated that it will raise NT$6.4 billion. This is also the second fundraising plan for 2010.
