The LED chip production plant will be completed on October 5, 2010, with trial production conditions; the epitaxial production plant will be completed on October 15, 2010, with trial production conditions. The first phase of the chip preparation is 1 billion pieces and the epitaxy is 1 million pieces. This project is currently the largest Taiwan-funded high-tech cooperation project introduced by Shanxi Province.
