A small trick to solve the problem of remote control keys not working! [Unknown secret]

The long-used remote control (especially the TV set-top box remote control) often causes the button to be unresponsive. At this time, it is not possible to change the channel (channel) or tone, and the button is pressed to give you no response. Or occasionally give it to you. In particular, the channel up and down buttons will appear this phenomenon, people feel annoying, irritated to abandon it.

In fact, this problem is often caused by the fact that the conductive layer of the button is gradually worn out over a long period of time. Open the remote control shell, you can see, one of the keys exposed outside the remote control shell is actually a soft plastic sheet connected behind the shell, the back of each button is a concave pit, This is what makes the button resilience; and the center of the pit has a small pill-like black round cap, which is called the conductive layer. It is in contact with the circuit board when the key is pressed, so that the circuit is connected through the conductive layer to form a switch. For frequent keys, its long-term wear causes the conductive layer to wear out, making the contact resistance between the circuit board and the circuit board larger, and the function of the on-off switch is lost.

To find this reason, our tips are simple:
Find a finger-size tin foil (on cigarette packs), stick a small piece of double-sided tape on the back of the tin surface, and then cut it into the size of a short-sighted black cap. Carefully remove the lining of the double-sided tape and paste it. To the worn black cap, the tin surface is still low in the core, so that the tin foil replaces the conductive layer. The plastic piece is homed, the shell is slightly closed, the battery is installed, and the test is pressed. . . . . . The problem is solved!

Ps: Because the double-sided adhesive is always in a pressed state when pressed, it is not easy to lose. Of course, it is better to use conductive paper on the black cap instead of tin foil.
This trick can also be used in calculators and other battery-powered small appliances that cause key failures due to frequent key presses.
