IMAX will set up a VR experience at the cinema while watching a movie while playing VR games

Recently, IMAX is planning to set up a VR experience in its IMAX movie theater. After watching a mummy movie, players can personally experience a “zombie” feeling in VR virtual reality. IMAX combines the functions of video, games and roller coasters into 10 very different VR experiences. Players not only get 360-degree 3D visual effects through their heads, but also can vividly hear and feel every moment. Once the VR game starts, it will really bring players into another world and feel a helicopter. The vibrations, the fast pace of sliding on a steep hillside, and the fluctuating feeling on the rugged terrain and the accompanying sound effects make these simulated feelings relevant to real life. IMAX CEO Richard L. Gelfond stated that players can buy and set up HTC Vive at home, but at a great cost, a small footprint, and can not experience most of the roller coaster effects, while the IMAX VR experience is extremely low. Spending most of the same game, and better still, it all happened in the movie theater, making it a double entertainment experience. Players relived IMAX's VR experience after watching Tom Cruise's army against the mummy. A realistic scene in the movie and test your abilities. Unfortunately, IMAX currently offers this experience only in some IMAX theaters in Los Angeles and New York.
