The specific examination content includes mastering the relevant policies, laws and regulations of taxis; mastering the knowledge of taxi safety operation; understanding the professional ethics of taxi drivers; mastering the standard of taxi service standards; familiar with other relevant knowledge of taxi operation. Among them, the examination content of the "New Deal" accounted for the largest proportion, reaching 18 points. The "New Deal" includes "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening Reform and Promoting the Healthy Development of the Taxi Industry" and "Regulations on the Administration of Taxi Drivers' Qualifications" National Taxi Policies, Laws and Regulations, etc., "Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking Taxi Operating Services", "Regulations on the Management of Cruise Car Operating Services" and "Measures for the Assessment of Quality of Taxi Service Quality".
In addition, the Ministry of Transport also issued the "Notice on Defining the Designation of the License for Renting a Taxi Service for the Internet" yesterday. The "Notice" stipulates the documents for the three-certificate such as the online reservation for the taxi business license, the network reservation taxi transport certificate, and the network reservation taxi driver's license.
Among them, the “Network Booking Taxi Operator Record†column fills in the corresponding network car platform company. For the service provided by multiple platform companies, it must be separately marked and confirmed by the contract of the network car platform company.
