However, due to excessive dependence on imports of materials and equipment, the market share of domestic single LED bracket manufacturers has always been within 10%.

Low-end "price war"

"The price difference between the high-end LED bracket and the low-end bracket is almost 50%." Wu Zhaohui said. High-end LED brackets have always been the world of foreign manufacturers, but nowadays domestic companies can also produce LED brackets with strong heat dissipation, anti-yellowing, airtightness and outdoor waterproofing through imported materials and equipment. However, the price war on the current support is in full swing, and the market for high-end LED brackets is quite embarrassing.

First of all, from the material of the LED bracket, plastic as a key material, can be roughly divided into nozzle material, domestic material and imported material according to the quality division. Among them, the nozzle material is the secondary use of waste recycling, and no one will associate it with the high-end LED bracket. Domestic plastics are far away from foreign imported materials in terms of purity, performance stability, anti-yellowing, anti-ultraviolet, etc., if used for the production of low-end LED brackets are still applicable. "At present, most of the plastics for producing high-end LED brackets are imported from Japan, and the price is about 2-3 times that of domestic plastics." Wu Zhaohui revealed.

Secondly, high-end LED brackets require enterprises to have high-end manufacturing technology, including excellent product design, precise mold design and high-precision processing capabilities. The most important of these is that the "tools" for making LED brackets are high-end. At present, domestically produced equipment can only produce medium and low-end brackets, and the key technologies of high-end equipment are still in the hands of Taiwan, Japan and other foreign manufacturers. Wu Zhaohui said that taking injection molding equipment as an example, the price of mid-end equipment is about 500,000-600,000 yuan, and the high-end is about 1 million yuan.
