The roads for the application of LED street lamps with a total length of more than 1400 km will be built; LED lighting products will be gradually used in major public places, and an indoor LED lighting application project with an area of ​​about 180,000 square meters and a lighting area of ​​800,000 square meters will be completed; about 100,000 LED lights will be applied to the city. According to the requirements of the implementation plan, the district governments will use the principle of territorial management to arrange financial funds, and purchase and use LED lighting products for towns (streets), enterprises, and households that undertake government investment in green lighting application demonstration projects.
