Nokia Squeeze Apple Shows Foldable OLED Screen
Nokia has introduced two new OLED screens that can be folded like a book, developed by Nokia and the Semiconductor Energy Research Institute (SEL). 
The two flexible OLED screens measure 5.9 inches, have a resolution of 1280720, and have a pixel density of 249 ppi. One of the panels can be folded in half from the center, and the other can be bent twice, and the video can still be displayed while folding.
It is understood that this foldable OLED screen integrates color filters, TFTs and OLEDs between the sealing layer and the flexible substrate by special production techniques. Although the two panels cannot be folded completely like paper, the minimum radius of curvature of the curved portions after folding is small, only 2 mm and 4 mm, respectively, and can be repeatedly bent more than 100,000 times.
Both Samsung and LG are currently introducing products that use flexible OLED screens. The outside world has rumored that Apple also plans to use flexible OLED screens on iWatch, making it more comfortable to wear and look more fashionable.
Although the current OLED panel is not folded like paper, the folding radius is already amazing and can be folded more than 100,000 times. Although OLED technology has not been used in Apple products, the rumored iWatch will use OLED screens. Apple has mentioned in many patents the use of collapsible OLED screens in mobile phones, but patents have not been realized.
