Introduction

1. According to the heating/cooling method, it can be divided into electric heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far infrared heating, outer (inner) coil heating, jacket cooling and coil cooling in the kettle. The choice of heating method is primarily related to the heating/cooling temperature required for the chemical reaction and the amount of heat required.

2.1, carbon steel reactor

Scope of application: Environments that do not contain corrosive liquids, such as certain oil processing.

2.4, steel lined PE reactor

Applicable scope: Applicable to acids, bases, salts and most alcohols. It is suitable for the liquid food and the refining of medicines. It is an ideal replacement for rubber, glass steel, stainless steel, titanium steel, enamel and plastic welded plate.

2.5, steel lining ETFE reactor

Applicable scope: Excellent anti-corrosion performance, resistant to various concentrations of acids, bases, salts, strong oxidants, organic compounds and all other highly corrosive chemical media.

3. According to the internal pressure during work, it can be divided into atmospheric pressure reactor, positive pressure reactor and secondary pressure reactor.
