Ruifeng Optoelectronics (300241) announced on the evening of July 15th that it is optimistic about the value of long-term investment in the domestic capital market based on its confidence in the company's future development strategy and good development prospects. Mr. Gong Weibin, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, plans to increase his holdings in the secondary market by no more than 2% of the total issued shares of the company in the next three months. On July 13, 2015, a total of 176,200 shares were added, with an average holding price of 12.87 yuan/share. On July 14, 2015, a total of 150,000 shares were added, and the average holding price was 13.659 yuan/share.

Prior to this increase, Mr. Gong Weibin held 68,116,202 shares of the company, accounting for 30.95% of the company's total share capital. After this increase, Mr. Gong Weibin holds 68,442,402 shares of the company, accounting for 31.10% of the company's total share capital.
