When this function is in effect, the machine usage time is limited to the setting range of Eb.04 and Eb.05

Inverter user lock code function, the default is invalid, that is, the value of lock code H0.07 is 0.

When the user lock code function is invalid, the values ​​of Eb.04 and Eb.05 can be modified arbitrarily

When the value of H0.07 is set to non-zero, the user lock code function takes effect. If the values ​​of Eb.04 and Eb.05 are set in the unlocked state, the setting cannot be successful. That is, the cumulative power-on time is limited and the frequency cannot be modified. Time of use

To illustrate the use of this feature:

Set the same value for H0.07 twice in succession to set the lock code. Set successful LED will prompt "P.SEt"

Set Eb.04 and Eb.05 to non-zero values. The accumulated power-up days limit plus the accumulated power-up hours limit will determine the final usable time of the inverter.

Now set Eb.04 = 0 and Eb.05 = 1.5, that is, set the inverter use time to 0 days 1.5 hours

When the accumulative power-on time of the inverter reaches the set value, “Er51” (system fault) will be reported when the inverter is stopped.

In this example, when the inverter power-on time reaches 1.5 hours, it will report "system failure"

The actual time of the inverter can be viewed through A0.54 and A0.55

At this time, the system is in a fault state and cannot be cleared by the "RST" button.

The method to clear the fault is to modify Eb.04 and Eb.05 to a longer limit time or clear Eb.04 and Eb.05, and then press “RST” to clear the fault.

At this time, the values ​​of Eb.04 and Eb.05 will be modified and “Er37” will be displayed (parameter setting failure). Because the user lock code H0.07 is not unlocked, the values ​​of these two parameters cannot be modified.

To unlock the user lock code, enter the correct unlock password for H0.07, that is, the previously successfully set lock code.

This lock code unlocks the same time as the user's password, that is, it will lock automatically after 1 minute of no operation.

To clear the lock code, you need to set “0” to H0.07 twice in the unlock state to clear the lock code. Clear successful LED will prompt "P.Clr"
