According to the three quarterly reports of Dehao Runda, as of the disclosure date of the report, Wuhu Dehao Runda and Yangzhou Dehao Runda have received 80 MOCVD equipment, of which 38 have been commissioned and mass production, and 5 equipments are used. Research and development; the rest of the equipment is in the process of installation and commissioning.
