Cell board chip analysis

1. The red color in the figure is the HC245 chip, which plays the role of signal amplification. The chip 1 amplifies the signals of the upper half of the unit, that is, the first group of RGB data and the second group of RGB data. The chip 2 amplifies the signals of the lower half of the cell board, that is, the third group of RGB data and the fourth group of RGB data. The chip 3 amplifies the ABCD line signal, the CLK signal, the SC latch signal, and the OE control signal. Chip 4 amplifies all signals to the cell board output interface.

2. The blue color in the figure is the driving chip of the LED light, which can be TB62726, MBI5024 and other chips. The main function is to display the column display on the control unit board, TB62726 in the figure, blue in the first and fourth columns to control the red light, blue in the second and fifth columns to control the green light, and columns 3 and 6 to control the blue light. One TB62726 controls 16 columns, and one group has 3 TB62726, which correspond to three types of red, green and blue LED lights.

3. The green color in the figure is 4953 chip. The main function is to control the line display on the unit board. One 4953 controls 2 lines and 8 controls 16 lines.

Signal trend analysis

1, CLK signal, SC latch signal, OE control signal direction: input - simultaneously enter the red chip 3, chip 4 - simultaneously enter the chip 2, chip 1 - parallel access to each TB62726 chip.

2, ABCD line signal direction: input - simultaneously enter the red chip 3, chip 4 - chip 3 output is connected to 4 green 4953 chip, chip 4 output is connected to 4 green 4953 chip.

3, RGB data signal direction: input - the first group of RGB data and the second group of RGB data into the chip 1, the third group of RGB data and the fourth group of RGB data into the chip 2 - the first group of RGB data in the R1 data serial entry Blue chip 1, chip 4; G1 data serially enters blue chip 2, chip 5. The B1 data serially enters the blue chip 3, chip 6. The RGB data of other groups is analogous.
