When we talked to Cao Haitao about whether new luxuryism is ultimately subject to the definition of luxury, and what is still facing a part of the niche that can only be consumed, Cao Haitao also feels helpless about the dilemma he faces. In a 400-square-meter villa he once designed, he used the new luxuryism in a heart-to-heart manner. Not only the space is comfortable, but all the materials adhere to the principle of energy saving and environmental protection. The whole space has achieved harmony. The beauty of life. This space eventually cost 800,000 yuan, which is not a high cost for high-end residential buildings, but it is still only a small number of owners who can accept this design.
