Zeng Xiaoan said: six aspects constitute a fiscal energy conservation policy system
Zeng Xiaoan, deputy director of the Department of Economic Construction of the Ministry of Finance, said that China has mainly considered six aspects in building a fiscal energy-saving policy system. He said that there are many fiscal policy tools and a large regulatory role, and a variety of policy instruments such as input, taxation, government procurement, and resource and environmental price formation mechanisms can be used to achieve good results.

The fourth is to improve the system of paid use of resources and environmental security, to promote the completeization of energy costs, so that the price truly reflects the cost. The fifth is to subsidize special industries and grain farmers to create a stable environment for the gradual rationalization of refined oil prices, and create conditions for the final formation of a price mechanism that is conducive to saving oil. The sixth is to set up special funds for renewable energy, support the development and utilization of renewable energy and new energy, and gradually reduce dependence on traditional energy.
