Huiding Technology acquires the overseas standard layout IoT, the big fund will settle in the board of directors

On February 4th, Huiding Technology, a leading player in the fingerprint chip industry, announced its plan to invest $15 million of its own funds to increase capital in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huiding Hong Kong. Through this capital injection, the company aims to acquire 100% equity in a German limited liability company. Gao Songtao, vice president of Huaxin Investment, will serve as a non-independent director on the board. This move is part of Huiding’s broader strategy to strengthen its global layout in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector and accelerate the development of NB-IoT products. The involvement of Huaxin Investment, a national large fund management company, marks a significant step as the National Fund officially enters Huiding Technology’s board. In another development, Haige Communications recently signed a major military contract worth approximately 300 million yuan with a special agency customer. This contract, which accounts for 7.28% of the company's annual revenue, involves wireless communication, Beidou navigation, and related equipment. Deliveries are scheduled for 2018 and 2019. Over the past three months, the company has secured over 1.07 billion yuan in military orders, indicating a strong recovery in procurement from special institutions following military reforms. This contract further highlights Haige’s leading position in the defense industry. BYD Chairman Wang Chuanfu announced that the commercialization of lithium from Golmud Salt Lake will be accelerated. A joint project between BYD Resources Development Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Salt Lake Fossil Lanke Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. officially started on February 3. This project is expected to be the largest lithium carbonate initiative in China. With the rapid growth of the new energy vehicle industry, the extraction and utilization of lithium from salt lakes have become increasingly important. BYD has developed key technology to extract lithium from brine, paving the way for large-scale commercial use. Shenghong Technology released its first-quarter 2018 earnings forecast, expecting a profit of 68.7 million to 82.4 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 50% to 80%. This growth is attributed to increased order volumes and expanded production capacity. The company also announced a profit distribution plan for 2017: a cash dividend of 3 yuan per 10 shares, plus an 8-for-1 stock split from the capital reserve. Jufei Optoelectronics disclosed that a major shareholder, Mr. Wang Guishan, pledged 18 million shares (15.80% of his holdings) and an additional 3.5 million shares (3.07%) to Guoxin Securities for a repo transaction. This move reflects ongoing financial activities among major shareholders. Tongfu Micro-Electronics reported that its controlling shareholder, Huada Group, pledged more shares. As of the disclosure date, Huada Group held 26.35% of the company’s shares, with 8.77% now pledged. This indicates continued pressure on shareholding structures and potential liquidity concerns.

RCA Cables

RCA Cables can be used to connect a variety of audio and video devices, such as camcorders, to TVs or stereos to speakers. Most high-end camcorders have all three RCA jacks, so the signal entering or leaving the device goes through three separate channels-one video and two audio-resulting in a high-quality transfer. Lower-end camcorders usually have only one jack, called a stereo jack, which combines all three channels. This results in lower-quality transfers because the signal is compressed. In either case, RCA cables transmit analog, or non-digital, signals. Because of this, they cannot be plugged directly into a computer or other digital device. RCA cables connect amplifiers to all sorts of devices.

Quality of RCA Cables

Several factors affect the quality, price, and performance of RCA cables:

Materials: The connectors on RCA cables are often gold, silver, or copper. As you might expect, the gold connectors are the most expensive. They're also better than silver and copper connectors at preventing oxidation, but not as good at electrical conductivity. The silver connectors are best for electrical conductivity with the copper cables coming in a close second and the gold cables falling far behind. Other suitable materials are nickel, zinc, and tin.

Cable Length: Cable length has a negative effect on signal quality. Buy a cable that is only as long as you need it to make the connection for the best signal quality.

Shielding: A well-shielded cable delivers a better signal than one that lacks robust shielding.

The other end of the cable: If possible, match the material used in the other end of the cable to the material used in the connectors. Don't match tin with gold or silver with gold. Those combinations can cause problems because of an electrolytic reaction.
