1. Do not turn on the carbon dioxide incubator before adding water to the tank, as this can damage the heating element. 2. After several months of use, the water in the tank may decrease due to evaporation. When the low water level indicator is activated, refill the water. First, open the overflow pipe and use a funnel connected to a rubber tube to add water through the water inlet until the low water level light turns off. Measure the amount of water added, then close the overflow hole. 3. If the incubator is used as a high-precision constant temperature incubator, the CO2 control system must be turned off. 4. Since the CO2 sensor is calibrated under saturated humidity, the humidifying disc should always be filled with sterilized water to ensure accurate readings. 5. If the display temperature exceeds the set temperature by 1°C, the over-temperature alarm will trigger. Immediately turn off the power for 30 minutes. If the temperature is still over the limit, turn off the power and contact maintenance personnel. 6. Replace the cylinder when the pressure drops below 0.2MPa. 7. Minimize the time the glass door is open to maintain stable internal conditions. 8. If the incubator is not in use for an extended period, remove all moisture from the working chamber. Open the glass door and ventilate for 24 hours before closing it. 9. When cleaning the incubator, avoid hitting the sensor or the stirring motor fan blades. 10. When disassembling or assembling the internal support brackets, use a special wrench and avoid applying excessive force. 11. Before handling the incubator, drain the water from the tank. To do this, place the rubber tube tightly on the outlet hole, position the nozzle lower than the unit, gently suck a bit, and release to allow siphoning. 12. Before moving the incubator, remove the shelves and humidifying tray to prevent the glass door from being damaged. 13. Do not invert the incubator during transport, and avoid lifting the door to prevent deformation.
