Annual output of 90,000 tons of silicon dioxide expansion and expansion project

The construction period of this project is from 2011 to 2012, with a total investment of 140 million yuan, and it has entered the stage of being filed (at the EIA). The construction content of the project is to build two new silicon dioxide production lines with an annual output of 30,000 tons, and to expand the project of three silicon dioxide production lines with an annual output of 30,000 tons; the production of white carbon black is a one-step precipitation process using water glass and concentrated sulfuric acid. Key equipments include dryers, reactors, filters, water ring vacuum pumps, precipitation reactors, and ultra-fine crushers.
