The municipal government will allocate 11 million yuan of special funds to renovate 13 roads that need to be updated. According to reports, improving the city's lighting level is one of the 15 facts that the Kaifeng Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government promised to the public this year. Most of the 13 roads that will be retrofitted for streetlights are located in the downtown area and scenic area of ​​Kaifeng. At present, the bidding for materials procurement and construction units has basically ended, and the renovation project is about to be fully launched. According to the project arrangement, the street lights of Yishan Street, Wufu Road, Zhuqueyuan to Baogongyu Road, Caomenwai to Apple Park Road and Minglun Street will be completed before the end of August; the Yellow River Road is planned to be completed in September.
