Storm TV recently launched an AI-free screenless TV, integrating the well-known AI Big Ear Voice Assistant and projection technology that has been popular on their previous models. Now, the second product in this series, the Real 6, has officially been revealed.
According to Storm TV's official announcement, the Real 6 will go on sale starting January 8th, with a full launch on January 15th across JD.com, Tmall, the official Storm TV website, and offline channels. The retail price is set at 4,396 yuan. To celebrate the launch, there are several promotions: a direct discount of 400 yuan, a 100-yuan E-card from JD.com for a single purchase, and a 100-yuan Cat Super Card from Tmall for a positive review. This brings the lowest price down to 3,896 yuan.
Compared to its predecessor, the Max 5, the Real 6 features significant upgrades. It offers 1080P resolution, 1,100 ANSI lumens of brightness, and uses a free-form surface concentrating system along with the Stormy Left-Eye Engine to enhance pixel clarity. The device is powered by an 1.8GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and supports dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) as well as Bluetooth 4.1. It also includes an auto-focus function for better viewing experiences.
In terms of audio, the Real 6 incorporates theater-grade stereo 2.0 technology and supports both Dolby and DTS decoding for rich and immersive sound. The speaker design uses a large cavity inverting tube, delivering a unique and cinematic audio experience.
For content, the Real 6 offers access to a vast library of films and videos from Stormwind, iQiyi, and Aofei Entertainment. Each month, users can access over 30,000 hours of additional content, allowing them to tap into the entire network’s video resources.
The "Stormy Ears" AI assistant enables natural language interactions, supporting features like streaming, voice recognition, deep context understanding, and multi-round conversations. It can also intelligently recommend content based on user interests and analyze behavior data to predict preferences for different family members, offering personalized services for each individual. Additionally, it supports multi-task processing and can trigger services instantly in any scenario. With continuous learning capabilities, the AI ensures a more tailored and responsive user experience.
