Compared with international industry giants, Shenzhen LED industry has always lacked industry standards and is expanding international and domestic markets. In the process, it is often because the standards are held in the hands of international giants into a passive situation. To this end, Shenzhen related government functional departments and Shenzhen LED industry standard alliances, enterprises, research institutes and other departments together, according to relevant policies and regulations and market reality, Shenzhen LED industry to launch a number of standards.

In addition, given that the LED industry is in a period of rapid development and companies are trapped in the trap of patents, with the launch of this conference, patent attorneys have also engaged in the analysis of 2011 US LED industry litigation lawsuit cases, and the related LED companies have participated in the conference. Analyze the current patent situation, hope to raise the awareness of Shenzhen LED-related companies, actively participate in Shenzhen LED Industry Alliance patent pool construction, and jointly protect Shenzhen's LED industry.
