Dalian Dongda Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. was entrusted by the Dalian Municipal Cultural Bureau to open tenders for its lighting equipment. Welcome qualified bidders to bid.

2. Content of the bidding:
A package: AC spotlight (light speed lamp) 40 sets / package light 60 sets / day row lights (air-cooled) 20 sets / cold light type back light 16 sets.
B package: 60 pieces of computer light color changer, 60 sets of day light, computer color changer, 20 sets of color changer, etc.

3. Bidder qualification:
(1) The registered capital is not less than RMB 300,000 (including RMB 300,000);
(2) The bidder must be a product manufacturer or an agent dealer with the corporate legal person qualification.
Note: Bidders and other bidders cannot have affiliation or agency relationship, otherwise they will lose their bidding qualification.
4. The bidder shall provide the following materials when purchasing the bidding documents (the photocopy must be stamped with official seal):
Enterprise legal person business license, tax registration certificate;
The procurement is subject to pre-qualification and qualification examination (only for the purchase of bidding documents) before the bidding documents can be purchased.
5. Time and place for the issuance of bidding documents:
The bidding documents will be published from December 8th, 2006, every day from 8:00 to 17:00 in Dalian Dongda Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. (Detailed address: No.1, Building 3, Building A, Heping Modern City, Shahekou District, Dalian) Sale (except Sunday).
6. Price of bidding documents: RMB 300 per set, not refundable after sale. For a mail order, please pay an additional 50 RMB express delivery fee.
7. Deadline and place of delivery of tenders: Bid delivery at the bid opening location before the deadline for bid submission on the day of bid opening (13:30 Beijing time on December 28, 2006).
