two. Tender content: outdoor LED display system engineering, double primary color area: about 3.5m2; full color area: about 3m2; turnkey project.
three. Bidding scope: According to the system plan provided by the purchaser, configure the equipment and complete the supply, installation and system integration, comprehensive commissioning and related services of all goods.
four. Bidding qualification:
1) Suppliers who are registered in the People's Republic of China, meet the relevant requirements of the “Government Procurement Lawâ€, and have the ability to provide all the procurement contents under the contract can bid.
2) The registered capital of the bidder is RMB 2 million (including 2 million yuan).
3) Bidders should have a good reputation, have the corresponding cargo supply and installation, integration capabilities, and have good technical reserves and strong after-sales service capabilities.
4) The bidder shall have the success of the similar system of the project or the performance of similar projects, and have corresponding supporting documents and user feedback.
5) The bidder shall have an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the main equipment (system key equipment).
Fives. Bidding matters:
1. Intended qualified bidders may obtain further information and view bidding documents from the purchasing agency or purchaser. The bidding documents will be available for sale from the procurement agency every day from November 28, 2006 (excluding holidays and public holidays) from 9:00 to 17:00 Beijing time. This bidding document is set at RMB 300 per set and will not be refunded after sale. For mail order, please contact the purchasing agency by fax, the postage is 50 yuan per set. The original qualification (business license, tax registration certificate, similar performance contract, etc.) must be submitted for inspection when purchasing the tender.
2. All bids should be accompanied by a bid bond of RMB 10,000, which will be sent to the purchasing agency before 9:30 Beijing time on December 19, 2006. Bids documents that are submitted late or that do not meet the requirements of the bidding documents will not be accepted.
3. It is scheduled to open the bid at 9:30 Beijing time on December 19, 2006. At that time, the bidder's representative will be required to bring the original ID card and the original legal representative authorization letter to attend the meeting.
