The first unit of Xiaogushan Power Station in Fengman Power Plant will start trial operation

On November 10, 2011, the first meeting of the Xiaogushan unit start-up acceptance team was held at the Pushihe Pumped Storage Power Station. The meeting agreed that the No. 3 unit of the power station will be put into trial operation. The meeting was chaired by Huang Yuezhao, deputy general manager of State Grid Xinyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. Relevant leaders of Xinyuan Company, unit start-up acceptance group, trial operation command group, and representatives of participating units attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the participating units of the power station successively made report of the design unit, report of the installation and commissioning unit, report of the host equipment manufacturer, report of the supervisory unit, report of the preparation work, and report of the commissioning command group. At the meeting, the supervisory report on the power station quality was reported. The implementation of the rectification of the quality supervision opinions and suggestions was read out. After the start-up acceptance team discussion, the meeting finally reviewed and passed the “Decision of the First Meeting of the Xiaogushan Hydropower Plant Unit Startup Acceptance Team”. The "Resolution" clarified that Unit 3 of Xiaogushan Power Station has the conditions for trial operation and agreed that Unit 3 will enter the start-up test run.
