1. The instrument test vehicle has two states, one is storage and transportation status, and the other is measurement and detection status. When transporting, remove the fixing bolts, retract the front telescopic square tube and the rear frame toward the center, and then fix them with bolts to suspend the measuring wheel and disconnect all the plugs. When testing the test state, remove the fixing bolts, the frame is stretched into position, and then bolted and lowered the measuring wheel to make it close to the ground.

(2) Maintenance of highway continuous eight-wheel flatness meter
1. The instrument is powered by an internal rechargeable battery. It can be used continuously for more than 20 hours after being fully charged (if the backlight is turned off, the usage time can be extended).
2. Before each use, it should be fully charged (usually charging for about ten hours).
3. If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be charged once every 2-3 months to ensure that the battery is not damaged.

The wiring position of the cable connection is shown in the attached page. When troubleshooting, the wire must be welded firmly.
