Position where the speaker is placed
The position of the speaker should not be considered as a simple problem. If the speaker contains precise parts, if it is placed in a place where it is exposed to sunlight for a long time, or placed in a hot place such as hot air, it will cause foaming of the surface of the box or aging of the electrical components. Do not place the speakers in a damp place to avoid rusting or moldy voice coils. At the same time, in order to make the speaker not make noise during operation, avoid too close to the mobile phone or magnetically strong electronic equipment.
Speaker placed environment
Most of the various components of the horn are sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. If the ambient temperature is too low or too high, it will affect the stability of these parts. If the temperature is lower than 5 °C, the hanging edge will easily become brittle. Therefore, when working at a lower temperature, the speaker must be "warmed up, play some soft music in advance and turn down the level. After about 20 minutes, you can listen to music with peace of mind. If the temperature is higher than 35 °C If the voice coil is overheated, it will cause sound deterioration. It is recommended to avoid using the speaker in a high temperature environment, or use it under the condition of temperature control of the air conditioner. Humidity has a great influence on the work of the speaker. The environment is too dry and the speaker cabinet is too dry. The exterior veneer bursts or cracks. The solution is to put a humidifier or a basin of water in the room. If the humidity is too high, the basin will be damp and mildew, which will make the sound play weak and weak. It is recommended to use dehumidification indoors. In addition, the dust removal of the horn is very important. When the horn is idle, a dust cover should be added to prevent the child from touching the horn unit and reduce unnecessary damage. The surface of the horn can be cleaned. Wipe the wet water with a towel and wring it out, but do not let the speaker unit get wet. After wiping, be sure to wait until the moisture is dry before turning it on, otherwise it will easily cause a short circuit.
Things to watch out for when using
When using an active speaker, due to its built-in power amplifier, the electronic components should avoid the impact of high current. Therefore, when switching the power of the speaker, it is best to adjust the volume to the lowest position, and then adjust the volume of the normal hearing after turning on the power. When not in use for a long time, turn off the speaker power and unplug the power cord. When playing for a long time and a large sound pressure, the heat sink behind the horn will become very hot. Pay special attention to whether there is enough air circulation behind the horn to guide the heat away. In addition, the volume of the speaker should not be adjusted too much, about 1/2 is most suitable, because there is a danger of burning the speaker unit in the state of maximum volume.
