Heilongjiang energy-saving lamp quality inspection pass rate is only 16% (table)
Recently, in order to strengthen the supervision and management of the quality of energy-saving lamps in the circulation field, Heilongjiang Administration for Industry and Commerce has carried out 50 batches of energy-saving lamps for 21 distribution units in 5 cities including Harbin, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Jixi and Hegang. Quality monitoring, energy-saving lamps pass rate is only 16%.
According to the relevant provisions of the national compulsory enforcement standards, the monitoring carried out 10 items such as the sign of energy-saving lamps, insulation resistance, electrical strength, mechanical strength, starting characteristics, lamp power, power factor, initial luminous efficacy, color characteristics and harmonics. Tested. After testing, 8 batches were qualified, the pass rate was 16%; 42 batches were unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 84%.
This time, for the quality monitoring of energy-saving lamps, it was found that the energy-saving lamps mainly had a large proportion of energy-saving lamps with unqualified power items, some mechanical energy-intensity items of some energy-saving lamps were unqualified, some energy-saving lamps were unqualified, and some energy-saving lamps were partially qualified. The color feature item is unqualified, and so on.
The industry and commerce department reminds consumers that when selecting electronic energy-saving lamps, they should try to go to large supermarkets and professional markets to purchase or select brand-name products with qualified quality reports. Although the price of such products is higher than that of general energy-saving lamps, it meets the requirements of national standards in terms of safety and energy saving. Carefully read the instruction manual of the electronic energy saving lamp. Pay attention to the appearance of the energy-saving lamp. The phosphor should be crystal clear and white, and there should be no yellowing or graying.
