3. Bidder Qualification Requirements 3.1 This bidding requires bidders to have the following qualification requirements:
(1) A domestic manufacturer with independent legal personality and capable of manufacturing and supplying LED display screens, and the registered capital is ≥25 million yuan (or equivalent foreign currency, calculated at the middle price of the exchange rate on the opening day) (providing a copy of the business license) (2) Have the ISO9001 quality certification certificate (providing the original for future reference); (3) Similar performance: The bidder has built a total of more than 250M2 in the past three years (January 1, 2006). Equipment and installation items for color LED skylight project or transparent LED full color display project with resolution above 800*400 (subject to original contract).
(4) The bidder must provide a display sample (about 2 square meters) before the bid opening, and the relevant parameters are the same as the technical requirements.
3.2 This tender does not accept consortium bidding.
3.4 Bidders must have the “Ningbo City Tender and Tender Formal Market Transaction Certificate†and IC card.
3.5 The tenderer of the project shall determine the qualified bidders in the form of post-qualification examination. The information to be provided for the bidder qualification examination is detailed in the bidding documents.
4.
