Through the implementation of National Semiconductor Lighting Project and the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and “863” major projects and electronic special funds, China has mastered the unit technology of independent intellectual property rights in LED epitaxial materials, chip manufacturing, device packaging, phosphors, etc. And some of the core technologies are original, initially forming a relatively complete R&D and industrial system from upstream materials, chip preparation, midstream device packaging and downstream integration applications.
